Prometeo, Il nuovo sistema Cryotek Eng, è stato concepito per radunare tutta la strumentazione di un impianto classico in un unico skid trasportabile con facilità ed installabile immediatamente collegandolo alle linee esistenti.
In un’unica soluzione sono presenti tutti i sistemi di condizionamento gas necessari alla produzione di miscele tecniche, industriali ed alimentari.
Grazie alla perfetta sincronia tra tutti i sistemi installati e studiati appositamente per soddisfare le vostre necessità, si ha un’incredibile accuratezza nel titolo della miscela prodotta nonché un’assoluta efficienza ed affidabilità nell’erogazione, dissipando le problematiche legate alla logistica delle bombole premiscelate, ai costi ed alle oscillazioni delle percentuali delle miscele stesse.
L’intero sistema è contenuto all’interno delle dimensioni standard di un cestello porta bombole (100x100cm), con un’altezza complessiva di 200 cm.
Data la semplicità di posizionamento ed installazione, le attività di messa in opera ed il collaudo sono realizzabili in un solo giorno lavorativo da un solo tecnico specializzato Cryotek Eng.

Cryotek Eng Prometeo unit has been designed in order to provide for all the typical instrumentation of a standard plant in one portable skid that can be easily moved and can be immediately installed, connecting it to the existent lines.
It is a complete plant especially conceived to produce a wide range of mixtures. This innovative solution includes all the gas conditioning appliances necessary for the production of technical, industrial, and food mixtures.
The title of the mixture is incredibly accurate and the unit itself is absolutely efficient, reliable and able to avoid all the problems related to the management, the costs and the percentage oscillation of pre-mixed cylinders, thanks to the perfect synchrony among all the assembled systems, properly conceived to satisfy the necessities of this unit.
The skid has the standard dimension of a cylinder rack (100 x 100 cm) and is 200 cm high.
The unit is really easy to be placed and moved and the installation and testing of this unit can be realized in only one day by a Cryotek Eng skilled technician.
