Descrizione
Il quadro a scambio semiautomatico permette la connessione di due bombole di gas in alta pressione in ingresso regolandone la pressione e immettendo il gas nella linea in bassa pressione.
La concezione del sistema a scambio consente di avere un sistema in grado di scambiare automaticamente la linea in ingresso, nell’eventualità di fine gas, con la linea secondaria già connessa al quadro. Avvenuto lo scambio, l’operatore che andrà a sostituire la prima fonte di gas
riarmerà lo scambio automatico e l’operazione si ripete.
Grazie a valvole di non ritorno ed a particolari accorgimenti tecnici la sostituzione delle fonti terminate si potrà effettuare in tutta sicurezza.
Dotato di due manometri in ingresso e un manometro in uscita per un monitoraggio continuo delle pressioni, valvole di sovrapressione poste direttamente sul corpo riduttore e di una valvola a sfera in uscita che ne permette un semplice scollegamento dalla linea consentendo una facile
manutenzione.

The semiautomatic changeover board allows to connect at the outlet two high-pressure cylinders setting their pressure and delivering the gas to the line at low pressure.
From the changeover concept comes a system intended to automatically change the input line with the secondary line, which is already connected to the board, in case of gas exhaustion. In case of changeover, after replacing the first source the operator will have to restore the
automatic changeover system so the whole operation can be repeated again and again.
Thanks to the flashback arrestors and some special technical solutions the replacement of the
exhausted sources can be out in full safety conditions.
It is equipped with two input gauges and an output manometer for a continuous control of the pressures, overpressure valves installed on the gas-regulator body and an output ball valve that assures a quick disconnection of the line and allows to easily perform all the necessary
maintenance operations.
